Join us in our Pittsburgh office as a Project Manager where you will partner tightly with our operations team to ensure client success, timely deliverables, and regulatory balance.
Deliver superior client satisfaction, meeting turnaround times and service level agreements
Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet client goals even during surge hiring times (on boarding, seasonality)
Manage client life cycle from on boarding to implementation to service, working with sales, client success and operations
Track and report pertinent KPIs, metrics, and other client monitoring data
Meet regularly with clients and provide business reviews on a regular basis
Manage all aspects of a project life cycle, including stages: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing
Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience required
PMP certification preferred
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Willingness to work with multiple technology systems client-side
Background screening or HR experience preferred
MS Office Suite experience required
Excellent verbal and written skills required
Up to 10-20% travel
