PA Act 153 Clearances

PA Act 153 is in place to help create a safer environment for children throughout the state. It does this by ensuring any person 14 years or older who comes into contact with children, either through paid or volunteer work, must undergo a thorough and detailed child abuse/criminal background check.

 

PATCH

PENNSYLVANIA ACCESS TO CRIMINAL HISTORY

A person will need an employee PATCH clearance if they are being paid, over the age of 14, and working with children in the state of Pennsylvania.

FEDERAL CRIMINAL HISTORY
